Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following domestic shipping options via USPS within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rate calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
• Free Standard Delivery available for orders Above $45

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@shoponceuponabean.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
