Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are made to order, and are final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@shoponceuponabean.com with photographic evidence of the issue. If validated, we will offer a replacement or return at our discretion. Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper use are not eligible for replacement.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Because we begin production on custom items immediately, we only accept cancellations within 14 hours of order placement.
